For Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests, please follow the below instructions. 

  1. Make sure to fill out all the fields marked with a star (*) because those are required.

  2. First, you will need to enter your name. Make sure to use your real name so that the maintenance team can get in touch with you if they need more information.

  3. Next, you will need to enter your address, include your apartment number if you have one. This will help the maintenance team know exactly where to go to fix the problem.

  4. Then, you will need to describe the problem you are having. For example, if your sink is clogged, you can write "My sink is clogged and won't drain."

  5.  Please list the location of the problem.  For example, "master bathroom", "upstairs bathroom", "laundry room", etc. 

  6. If you have done anything to attempt to correct the problem, please let us know.  For example, the "toilet is clogged, I attempted to unclog it using a plunger and was unsuccessful".

  7. List when you first noticed the problem.  For example, "I noticed it last week" or "I noticed it 2 weeks ago", etc.  

  8. Finally, you will need to provide a phone number or email address where the maintenance team can reach you. This is important in case they need more information or to schedule a time to come and fix the problem.

  9. Once you have filled out all the information, click the "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation message that your request has been received.

  10. The maintenance team will review your request and get in touch with you as soon as they can to schedule a time to come and fix the problem.
